I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Great service, amenities were excellent (loved the self service amenities at lobby), the bathroom was spacious for Japanese standards and bed was vas comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is the freezer in the fridge does not work - so take note! The self service laundry was also very convenient!
I loved how they provided new towels and goodies if you don’t want room service so you can do it yourself. Such a nice touch! Thank you for a comfortable stay - highly recommend!
The hotel is clean, nice, staff is friendly and helpful. Their service is very good, they even prepare your amenities in your front door if you don’t want their to disturb you.
The room size is quite small but bed is big and toilet is big 🙂
They have ice cube machine, laundry coin, vending machine and microwave to use.
Location is in quiet area, around 15 min walk from station.
We just finished our family holiday in Japan and stayed at this hit for 5 nights. All in all a very comfortable stay. Coming from Australia, we found the standard double rooms to be little small and the layout does not help with putting more than one suitcase. However, the hotel staff was kind enough to store our suitcases in their storage. Still a very comfortable stay and great staff. The 7/11 store in the lower basement is amazing and extremely well stocked. Only tip is to go for the next category of room which I believe is about 24 sqm (in case you are travelling with full size suitcases). Other than that great value for money and under 15 min walk to the main Shinjuku station.
Great hotel! Our room was a little smaller than expected, but very clean and had a nice spacious bathroom. Staff were helpful and lovely and hotel is in great location! Really close to Nishishinjuku station where you can easily get around. Would 100% recommend.
Must stay hotel in Tokyo. It is in a great location. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is wonderful. The shower pressure is amazing. The bed is comfortable. The service is amazing! The toiletries they supply are amazing! Will definitely be staying again!
Have great amenities, especially for ladies. They even have hair oil which my wife loves it. She even when looking for the brand and purchase it. 😅 … location is not too bad, near to Nishishinjuku station. Great confectionery just beside the hotel and cafe just in the park.
The hotel is located on the business side of Shinjuku and one stop away from the main station. Lots of food options and convenient stores nearby. The room is very nice. The size is quite big compared to other hotels I ever stayed in Japan. The bathroom is clean and spacious (love it). We definitely will stay here again when we come back to Tokyo.
We were lucky to find availability here last minute after leaving a hotel that smelled of cigarettes. The location is a bit further from where we wanted to be, but it’s an easy 5 minute walk to “Nishi-shinjuku” station. As soon as we arrived, we were thrilled that the hotel smelled fresh and was very clean.
The room was clean and spacious. The shower and tub had excellent water pressure. The washer/dryer vacancy is updated on the tv screen which made it very convenient! We were comfortable and slept very well during our stay.
Security: We forgot our room keys when we went to the laundry room. We appreciated that they verified my identity by matching information collected during check in, before giving me new keys and disabling the old ones.
